At Nordic Green Engineering, we provide management and advisory services for building permit processes. Additionally, we offer fire safety consulting in connection with the establishment and expansion of production facilities across various industries.

Building Permits

Before construction or development work can begin, a building permit must be obtained for your project. This permit is issued by the municipal authority, and no construction may commence without it.

Only once you have received your building permit can the construction work begin. Upon completion of the project, a completion notice must be submitted to the authorities in order to obtain an occupancy permit.

As advisors, we can assist you with everything from applying for the building permit to submitting the completion notice for your construction project.

Fire Safety Consulting

When applying for a building permit, documentation for the fire classification must be submitted.

According to the Danish Building Regulations (BR18), construction projects must be classified into fire classes 1-4, determined by factors such as the building’s size, risk category, and intended use.

For projects in fire class 2 or higher, a certified fire safety consultant must prepare the required documentation. We can provide guidance on your construction project, including determining its appropriate fire class.

If your project falls under fire class 2, our certified fire safety consultant can handle all necessary documentation for submission to the municipality.
